1.2 Collection of Your Consent

When you make a decision, a cookie is set that records your consent or rejection. We use this technically necessary cookie on the basis of our legitimate interest in documenting your consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access to and storage of information on the terminal device is strictly necessary in these cases and takes place in Germany on the basis of Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and in Switzerland on the basis of Art. 45c(a) TCA. 1.3 Withdrawal of Consent or Change of Selection

2. Optional Tools

To improve our website, we use tools to collect statistics and analyze general usage behavior ("Optional Tools"). We also use analytics services to evaluate the effectiveness of our various marketing channels. The legal basis for these optional tools is – unless otherwise stated – your consent.

2.1 Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics collects data about your use of our website, including the pages visited, the time spent, and the source of your visit. The collected data is transmitted to and processed on Google servers, and a transfer to the USA cannot be excluded.

This tool uses the following cookies:

• ga_[container-id] (400 days): Used to store session state.

The personal data processed by Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months.

2.2 LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland ("LinkedIn"). The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties, and timestamps. This data is used to analyze the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns, enable retargeting, and gain aggregated insights into usage behavior. The collected data is transmitted to LinkedIn in encrypted form, and a transfer to the USA cannot be excluded.

Our website uses PostHog, a product analytics service provided by PostHog, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA ("PostHog"). PostHog collects data about your use of our website, including page views, click behavior, and session information. This data is used to analyze and improve the usability of our website. The data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union (PostHog Cloud EU).

• ph_[project-id]_posthog (1 year): Used to identify returning users by assigning a randomly generated identifier and to store session information.

2.4 HubSpot

Our website uses HubSpot, a service provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor, 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland ("HubSpot"). HubSpot sets cookies when a user visits our website for tracking purposes, to understand how they use it, so that we can build and maintain our service through user feedback.

Tools used:

• __hstc (6 months): Main cookie for tracking visitors. Contains the domain, unique identifier, timestamp of the first and last visit, and the session number.
• hubspotutk (6 months): Used to identify visitors. Passed to HubSpot on form submissions and used for contact deduplication.
• __hssc (30 minutes): Used to track sessions and page views within a session.
• __hssrc (session): Used to detect whether the visitor has restarted the browser. Deleted at the end of the browser session.
