01 Starting Point
Since summer 2025, the real estate investment team at Verium AG, an established Swiss multi-family office, has been using AssetOS as a targeted strategic addition. Verium's six-person real estate team invests in existing properties and project developments, continuously evaluating a multitude of exciting new opportunities to meet their clients' needs.
Although the previous processes worked well:
- The current status of the pipeline was not always easily visible.
- Preparing for investment meetings regularly required increased effort to efficiently gather all relevant data and prepare it in a targeted manner.
The existing tools in use, particularly Excel, continued to serve their purpose excellently for calculations and analyses. However, as an overarching system for pipeline, documentation, and collaboration, natural limits became apparent. Verium therefore did not seek a replacement, but rather a forward-looking extension that meets the quality standards of the real estate team and provides new impulses for decision-making processes.
02 Solution
Goal
The goal was to significantly reduce manual data entry, establish a central platform for clear pipeline management and structured meeting preparation, so that relevant transaction data can be efficiently analyzed and transformed into well-founded insights for better decisions.
Implementation
The implementation of AssetOS took place as a close development partnership, with features designed step by step along the actual workflows of the real estate team. The transition from pilot project to daily use was swift, as the benefits – such as a noticeable reduction in manual tasks and clear efficiency gains – became visible quickly. While Excel continues to be used reliably for calculations and analyses, AssetOS now takes on the central role as the platform for pipeline management.

The team experiences noticeable relief in daily operations. Historical deals can be found within seconds, and investment pipeline meetings start directly with a unified, professional decision-making foundation instead of time-consuming data preparation.
